Dear Parents
In our endeavour to bring out of the best in your child we require your participation & co-operation for the same. It is therefore important to remind you about certain school norms.
General Information
- Child should report back to the school within the first three days of the new session or the name will be considered struck off.
- As 75% attendance is compulsory, the children must be regular and punctual.
- Severe action will be taken against late comers.
- School fee should be paid before the last date as mentioned in the fee card. Late payment of fees will result in fine.
- Attendance for the parents-teacher's meeting is obligatory as the suitable time to get appraised of the child's performance by the teachers.
- Parents can meet teachers from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. only on Saturday.
- Parents are requested to take special care of the student's attendance and performance in the students.
- No gifts should be sent for the teachers on any occation. Only cards and flowers may be accepted.
- Project work should be submitted on time by the child. The child should do the work by himself /herself under the supervision of the parents.
- Parents should make sure that the child does not take needless leave. In case leave is inevitable a proper leave application should be submitted to the Class teacher/Principal.
- For consent to take half-day leave, the student should produce an application written/signed by the parents/Guardian, who should escort the student back home. Student will not be allowed to leave the school alone.
- For proper improvement of the child, parents must provide an environment of love and care. He/She should be encouraged to speak in English at home as well.
